Given, if you are going to reduce the perceived speed of the wheel, it would have to be done -before- the opti-pac. I think the initialization state of the JKs can be dealt with logically. I might have to fiddle with this. :)

If it works, Ill whip up some schematics..
If it doesnt, Ill probably have to order another opti-pac from Andy. :)
