Dunno anything about the analog stuff (other than that a PC's gameport accepts analog controls, but all the info you need to connect the DC and PS2 to an arcade monitor is here:

: This is probably not the best place for this post, but the people responding on these posts seem to know what's up. Here it goes:
: I am building a mame cab using the original arcade monitor (headache but well worth it). In addition to having all of the arcade bliss possible with a pc, I want to hook up both my dreamcast and playstation 2 in side the cab.
: 1. Has anyone had any luck with getting any of the analogue functions of either systems' controllers to work with arcade controls?
: 2. How would I go about hooking up a Dreamcast and Playstation 2 to an arcade monitor? I have been to http://www.mameworld.net/pc2jamma/arc_dc1.html and it has been very helpful, but it appears that this is for PAL systems. I would like the simplest connections possible for easy swapping.
: Any help is greatly appreciated!
: Thanks
