The reason why I'm asking this is because I want to use the LP24 for a 4-player cabinet. It will be set up for two modes: 2 player (2 joys and 18 buttons) and 4 player (4 joys and 12 buttons). In four player I will need to be able to read a possible simultaneous 12 inputs (all four joys going diagonal and 1 button pressed for each player). I have a matrix that can handle all of this but I don't know if the encoder can physically read 12 inputs at a time. This is the key to this working or not working. Anyone know the answer?
