Yeah, I do have the switches at the bottom of the mech holders... So this wouldn't work in my machine unless I got new plungers then, huh. Oh well. Thanks for the help!

: Well from the picture it looks like the dime goes down one slot, the nickel goes down a different slot and the quarter goes down still another slot. All mechs do is sort "good" coins from "bad" coins. If it is a good coin it will go down a chute that has a switch at the bottom (mechs don't have the switches they are below the mechs). The coin hits the switch momentarily which tells whatever is hooked to the switch (like an arcade game) that a valid coin was just inserted.

: : I just got the coin door for my cabinet. An old used Wico brand one that I picked up for 8 bucks, but it hasn't got any coin mechs.

: : I'm thinking of getting a pair of these for it:

: : Anybody know anything about these? Are they some sort of accumulatory deal, where it's any combo of .25$ for one credit, or does any coin count as a credit? Do you think these would even work in an arcade coin door? None of the other coin mechs seem to have so many variations...

: : Guess I'll be calling Happ on Monday, unless anyone else has any more info.
