Try using TV Tool
http://come.to/tvout
or you may need TVCC2001 depending on your video board. Also available on this site.

There is a freeware TVtool 4.6 out if you can find it. Or else the newest ver 4.8 is time limited. I forked out the cash. $10US I think.

: I use a Diamond Viper 550. It works great and supports all low and mid range resolutions and the picture quality is great. It's just that there's a small but noticable boarder around the picture (about half an inch on a 27" Phillips). I tried messing with the settings in the Display Properties, but it's not possible to stretch the picture much. With the tv-cards that other people are using, do you have boarders and if so, how big?

: Also, is there any page that compares possible tv-out resolutions among different graphics cards?
