I got the I-PAC to work on my Generic Pentium III 866. Turns out that the USB drivers were from a different version of Windows than the mchine was running. The machine had Windows 98 4.10.1998, but the USB drivers were from Windows 98 second edition.
I had the same problem on my Gateway Pentium 350. I bought both from the same vendor used.
However, the Gateway will not reboot. It locks up. Wondering if its because of the Gateway keyboard or their BIOS.
When I get time, I'm going to try it on my Generic Pentium 350.
