Yeah i deleted mame.cfg and tryed all combinations. It also does the same thing from a ms-dos boot from win98!

: have you tried it with no special video flags? just plain dos mame with your tv hooked to the tvout of your video card?

: : I've used the "-monitor ntsc" & "-monitor pal" options, I've also used "-ntsc" all with no luck.
