-IF- mv works the way I think it does, a fixed freq monitor (like an arcade monitor) has a very narrow range of refresh/scan frequencies in which it will operate normally. I would not be suprised if you can only find 3 settings that match.

You may be able to tweak a few more into fitting, but you wont be able to bend the settings very far before the monitor really freaks out.

Im using a multi-sync 20" trinitron thru an ATI Xpert98 in AdvanceMAME, and I -think- my mame.cfg has 48 video mode lines. (i cant check now cause im at work)

Im not entirely sure what I am doing in MV, so it may be possible that I could get more modes than that.
