I did not mean the exact same circuit design. I meant that he implemented his own design into a mame cab. I figured you could ask him if he etched it himself, or had an electronics shop do it for him.

: Based on that input, the circuit assumes that if you were going left and then activate left-down, then you must want to go down now. Given that, the circuit will send the following signals to the encoder:
: left, down, down, left.
