I just bought this awesome device and it arrived yesterday. It accepts FOUR PSX pad inputs, and converts every signal to four daisy chained Sidewinders. It plugs right in to the game port, and you don't need any additional drivers like DPadPro. Just MS's standard issue Sidewinder stuff. In fact, I wrote to the board a while back complaining that my Blaze Twinstick arcade style joystick for the PSX wasn't working properly with the usual PSX->LPT solution, and this device fixed the problem completely. I'm not very electronically inclined, so this solution brought me one step closer to my own MAME cabinet. Through control pads in port three and four, and I have a temporary quick solution to four player Gauntlet and TMNT. I love it.
