xrgb-2 is probably to expensive

Only hardware I know that does that right now is the xrgb-2 (takes in a japanese scart rgb cable and can output rgb (15kHz to 31kHz vga)... $225.

: Ive tried to build the adapter twice.... electronics obviously isnt my strong point :).

: What i really want is something with a scart input that outputs RGB and composite sync. (even if i have to use an RGB scart cable).
