PC2JAMMA video card questions

I have 2 video cards on hand:

1.STB Velocity 128 PCI
2.Matrox Millenium II

Do either of these work with ArcadeOS? I know that the Velocity 128 AGP doesn't, but what about the PCI?

If both of these don't work, can someone give a link to the most inexpensive (CHEAP) card that does?
