Multiple mouses definitely work in windows. I have a ps/2 and a usb plugged in at the same time.

: No, seriously, I think with USB mice you can have multiple mice to control the cursor. I know that with the Happ trackball interface, both the mouse and interface can work at the same time.
: Actually, since you're making rotary joysticks, you just need to hack the mouse for the "twist" function, right? So each joystick would only need one analog axis, so joystick 1 could be up/down on the mouse, and joystick two could be the left/right axis on the mouse...
