2 rotary optical jousticks in mame?

I was planning to have 2 rotary optiacal joysticks (ikari, caliber 50)in my cabinet. i would strip ausbmouse and use it for the rotation. But then i realized that there can be only on mouse in windows. Does anyone have a better sugestion?
