I stumbled upon something else that may be of use possibly for people that were looking for ideas on how to implement jukebox features into an arcade cabinet...I don't know if this site is old news to them but I figure I'll pass it on.

This is free software that supports mp3s as well as a custom interface they sell called Slink-e, which allows connection of 96 Sony cd players. If I understand properly, with some creativity, the program can be made to respond to hardware commands, maybe via IR control etc...so it could be customized to act as an MP3 or CD player jukebox controlled maybe by the otherwise arcade buttons, or by a spare remote control. The visual interface I'm not sure how great it is but at least it does support things like images of the cd covers. Too bad it doesn't have more of an authentic jukebox layout with at least 2 cd covers flipping per screen, like a full screen mode vs the normal display mode.
