I just ordered my Imperial trackball (just received it maybe 3 days ago) and when I called them I had to call Betson. I was informed by the imperial secretary that betson handled their arcade division. And on top of my invoice reads "Betson Imperial Parts and Service". So it may be possible to get the Imperial Trackball (I'm assuming that is what you were after) through Betson. Let us know how you progress..
