don't listent to him, get a Matrox G400, its the best 2D card in general, and i works like a charm for on arcade monitors at 15KHz. TV encoders in video cards are horrible, they make a crooked image with blurred corners, if that's the route your gonna take, make a the AD722 example circuit and run DOS at 15khz with monarc or something
