Couldn't agree more. I have bought 2 KE72T's from Stan as well as the new trackball encoder (haven't hooked that one up yet) and Stan is easy to deal with and quick to ship. Highly recommended.

: These guys are a high class company if you've never dealt with them I would recomend them 100%. I had a problem with my KE24 well after a year from purchasing it, it stopped functioning. I got on the phone and talked to Stan at Hagstrom he was very kind and didn't mind taking the time to talk to me about my problem. He asked me to try a few simple things to verify the problem was with the encoder. He told me I could send it in and they could repair it for about $25 so I did just that. He said he would call before any repairs were made and would let me know what I would be charged for shipping it back to me. 5 days later I was getting ready to call and see if they had recieved it yet, but to my surpise when I got home from work and opened my front door I found a package from Hagstrom Electronics. They had repired it and sent it back free of charge. I hooked it right up and it's game on again for me and my wife is thrilled she can get back to Ms. PacMan. Just wanted to let you guys wondering about who to get an encoder from that these are an A+ company to deal with. Though I've also had a good experience with Andy Warne and an IPAC.
