Really? I emailed them a while back to ask for a sample of the 13/16" t-molding with a lip, and they emailed me back the same day, said they'd send out the stuff free of charge - it showed up in the mild a day or two after I had emailed them. Based on the quickness of they're reply I chose to order from them - hope it wasn't a mistake. I'll let you know when it arrives.

They do have a new phone number - perhaps they're in the process of moving?

In general, when a company doesn't return my emails, I pick up the phone - some places just don't lend as much credence to email, which is kind of shocking, if they plan on doing business over the web. MacConnection used to do this same type of thing to me - they have impeccable customer service over the phone - you call for an RMA #, and the replacement arrives before you can even get your old one in the mail. But email a problem and you're likely to never hear from them again...

Other places you can get t-molding are listed in the faq - I'd avoid getting it from Happ, I've heard their t-molding arrives kind of beat up. If they pack it like they pack my joysticks, I can see why.

: Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with these folks. I am getting ready to buy some replacement molding for my cab, and have sent them 3 emails over the past 3 weeks, and no replies. Makes me wonder about dealing with them.

: Any ideas why they don't reply (other than they don't like me :-P )???

: Is there anyone else I can try to get my T-Molding from?

: Thanks!
