Yep I achived this sometime using a Voodoo Based videocard.. The program wasn't finished and was never released.. it however worked 100% and allowed me to play all D3D/Glide/OpenGL/DirectDraw applications at 320x200,320x240 (50hz),640x400 and 640x480 (50hz).
Saka from VsyncMAME has got a Medium Res driver for Trident Blade3D at 1024x768 interlaced.
