OT How do I get my PS/2 and serial mice and soundcard to work in DOS?

I've been trying to get this DOS bootup workin and it's been heck. I opened up ArcadeOS and i couldn't see either of my 2 mice, no big deal. Tried running a game and it won't work because there's no sound card installed! Please tell me how to get these to work in DOS. Thank you very much!!!!
