Well I'm using a Hotrod SE - ahh, I see what you mean now - the bit of plastic (or whatever) at the bottom of the actual joystick which touches the switches. I play a lot of 2 player games as well so I cant really make one joystick 4 way and the other 8 (well it would help me beat my friends at most 8-way games I suppose). I'll buy myself another Hotrod ;) well maybe I would if my one worked properly.
