Vantage + ArcadeOS = Problems

Given the recent talk about Vantage, I decided to install it on my cocktail cab so I can finally have a Zaxxon that supports screen flipping.

Problem is, the games show up fine in the horizontal list and all, but when I hit the spacebar to rotate the screen 90 degrees (vertical), the games disappear!

This procedure works fine with MAME + ArcadeOS. It's just Vantage that has the problem.

Any ideas?
