For what it's worth, I ordered mine from Dawn Monday morning. Said it would be in San Diego by Friday (here's hoping to a fun weekend ;-)

She did say she would call later that morning to confirm the order but I did not receive a call. Called today and left a message but have not heard back.

She knew Ken Bloch's name well, so may be getting overwhelmed with the referrals right now (or may be sick, etc.) Be patient and work through.
