I asked about getting a catalog and he told me that he was busy taking orders and if I was on the customer list I would get a catalog. CLICK.
: Third call. I informed him that I would be taking my business exclusively to Happ Electronics in the future and that I couldn't believe the way in which he dealt with customers. To which he responded by, naturally, hanging up on me.
