: A week or two back I posted that I was having problems with Wico because I had sent in a joystick for "adjustment" (not sure why they couldn't just send a replacement) and wasn't getting any word back from them.

: Today I called the 800 number and said I was following up on my joystick I had sent in for service. A very nervous sounding guy explained that the "old Wico" had gone bankrupt and the new company did not sell any product. When I asked to speak to customer service for further information, he told me he was busy taking orders and hung up on me!

: So I called back, told him I didn't appreciate being hung up on (to which he replied that he didn't!) I asked him whether I could still order items out of the Wico catalog. He stated that they were no longer selling sticks that used leaf or micro switches (?) and they would only be selling sticks from a European manufacturer. I asked about getting a catalog and he told me that he was busy taking orders and if I was on the customer list I would get a catalog. CLICK.

: Third call. I informed him that I would be taking my business exclusively to Happ Electronics in the future and that I couldn't believe the way in which he dealt with customers. To which he responded by, naturally, hanging up on me.

: DO NOT DEAL WITH WICO.
