There at lots of different Arcade Monitors out there.. older cabs will 90% of the time come with the following..

ElectroHome G07 or Wells Gardner K7000, both of these work.. Be warned some monitors of this generation won't work without serious work for example Nintendo used Sanyo type monitors which have an inverted colour, that means black and white is vice versa.

There are only a few Arcade monitors makers now:

Happ Controls (Cheap & Nasty)
Wells Gardner (Never had a problem with there monitors)
Nanao (Used heavly by Japanese Cabs, like Sega/Capcom and so on, these often are multi res, i.e 15.75khz and 24.80khz, these work great).
NeoTec (Should work)
Hantarex (Should work also)

Infact the PC to Arcade Monitor should always work if the monitor supports analogue RGB input and can handle composite sync.
