: What do I need to be thinking about?

: I've been offered a Bubble Symphony mother and daughter

: What is a realistic price for this?

: My bottom line is I'd love to own a dedicated Bubble

Okay...it would be relatively easy to install a F3 board into a cab that is JAMMA compliant (JAMMA being the arcade standard interface to the controls and power supply) However, if we are talking about a real old cab, it could require quite a bit of rewiring.

The F3 system uses a motherboard and cartridge system much like the Neo Geo MVS or the Capcom CPS2. Thus after buying a motherboard, you can swap out other f3 cartridges (such as Bubble Symphony) with relative ease. It's a cool thind :D

Price wise, I'd imagine a couple hundred dollars for the motherboard and a cart is normal (haven't shopped for one lately. However, since f3 isn't as commonplace as Neo Geo or CPS2 I'd imagine prices will wildly flucuate from place to place.
