It takes luck mostly, also you might ask on rec.games.video.arcade.marketplace if anyone has any for sale.

Arcade boards output RGB natively, you have to convert that to S-Video. There's a converter from JROK that converts RGB to S-Video, cost $80 if I remember right.

Try looking around at a Console gamming place, especially if they deal with used stuff as well. A used Saturn gun will set you back $10 at most places like that.
