WG 19K4616 monitor problem.

I need help with figuring out what the problem is with my monitor. It works fine with the exception that it looks like it has magnetic inversion on the upper left and lower right sides of the monitor. It dosent always show up, only when the game is on. I have all the conections hooked up right but I just cant figure it. This is the 4th used monitor that I have tried to put into the jamma neo geo 1-slot cabinet that I am working on. Please give suddgestions I am so close to havving a working monitor that I can taste it. Also I any on knows how to convert RGB into any other video input let me know.
