I've never used it to cut a groove (sounds like a dance, heh). But it cuts/polishes/sands very nicely. I'd imagine an appropriate cutting disk is available at any good hardware store.

They are easy to control, too.

: Hey, anybody got a good source for 1/16" wide circle cutting/router bits for slotting panels to accept T moulding? I need to re-do some and I wasn't very happy with the way I ended up doing it last time. I can't find any that small around here that aren't composite cut-off wheels.
