I assume that the MAME teams's goal is accurate emulation. AdvanceMAME is an unofficial port, and I would think, that just adding support to "Run in proper HZ" as a command line param, for the games, or a HZ param, it shouldn't cost too much in Emulation overhead. : Yes, pretty much. There is occasional uneveness, simply because my card's timings are slightly imperfect, but it's 99% dead smooth.

: Hmm. Well, like I said, it's 99% close to perfect to me. Certainly 100 times better than running Moon Patrol at 60Hz, which is what many ppl do and don't realize why it's choppy.
