Yeah, sure, flog the poor guy because he's decided to do something with the cabinet of a game notorious for its reliability problems. My guess is that the broken X-Y monitor was trashed 20 years ago along with its video board that go worthless every week or so of continuous play.
This cabinet will see Tempest again in all her original glory, in a way that MAME only makes possible. Yahoooooooo!
