Need help with Callus, some one help?

Hi i am having problems with callus, i cant seem to load gamez, every time i click load rom, but nothing is on the window,
But at the callus dir, i put as
Rom.c:\Callus\roms <------- this where i put the games, i put Street fighter alpha zipped, and i also tried unzziped, but i cant seem to open it, and it does not appear on the load rom, someone help? please!!!!!!!
