By centres do you mean that you moved the buttons around slightly to match your layout? If so then I cant really see it mattering in illustrator as its editable anyway.
But you are right about standardising the layout.
I would like to know the measurements etc that the hotrod uses.
as for 3 + 4 button versions, send both. They might always come in useful for someone else.
