Alright, first of all, it is NOT a DVD. You know how dvd players can play regular cd's? That's what this is. Your dvd player HAS to have a function called VCD. It stands for video CD. It's quality is better than VHS but not as good as DVD. It's really easy to do. First you have to have a file on your computer you want to put on the VCD. The format should be MPEG layer 1. If you have a movie converter program, there should be an option for VCD quality or something. If you have the MPEG file, you need a CD burner program called Nero. My friend has it on his and that's how I discovered it. You go to the CD wizard and click the option for video cd. From there it's simply drag and drop. I use CD-RW's most of the time. It's great though, I have a bunch of music videos on my computer and I put it on VCD, pop it in my dvd players at parties and then you got music and video! Oooh, important, you can get 80 minutes or however audio minutes the cd has of video on the cd no matter how big the file is. So I hook my vcr up to my tv card and record the file in AVI. Then convert it to the special form of VCD MPEG. Then burn it with Nero. Hope this helps, it bettter!
