No one else gonna give me advice for paint removal, etc???

I have this damn Tempest cabinet. they painted over the side art with some gray paint. I want to restore this cabinet. How can I remove the paint and save the original side art?

Also, I need help finding Tempest parts! XY monitor, a PCB, and a Spinner! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!
