min specs to run Tetris?

I want to build a machine to run Tetris, I don't care if it runs nothing else, but it needs to be fast enough to run Tetris well. Would a Pentium 66Mhz with 16MB RAM, running MAME in pure DOS mode run Tetris okay? Or would it need more? thoughts? thank you.
