I opened your button layout file in Mac Illustrator, it looks good except for the fonts. You should convert all the type to outlines. Saving the file as an EPS is better for compatibility.
For bitmaps, open the Illustrator file in Photoshop at 300dpi and save it at 100%. You could save two versions, one a Photoshop file with layers and another a TIFF. Most programs should be able to open one of those.
