Trackwheel friction problem?

Hello All:

I just got my second trackwheel control from Happ, and I've noticed that it's much harder to turn than the first. The first one moved quite freely, and this one seems to give some friction. I've tried bending (slightly) the metal part that holds the board away, but it didn't help. Anyone else have this problem?
