I'm not sure I follow. You are building a controller for the dreamcast -- but you want to use a PC keyboard encoder? How will a PC encoder work on the dreamcast....?

: I'm trying to build my own set of Twin Sticks for the dreamcast game Virtual On. The default control for movement is a single button press( up, down, left, right ). With the twin sticks, you move two joysticks up, down, left, or right. To make this work, I need to map two button presses to one button press. I am looking for a keyboard encoder that can do this because there is a device that allows a keyboard to work as a Dreamcast controller. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
