Dude, the scan converter means you don't need vsync MAME!

Vsync MAME is for Arcade Monitors, which i believe is what you now have. If your going to use the TV with the Scan Converter, a lot of work is being done to make a perfect signal come from a PC to a TV. Vsync MAME might confuse the issue and cause a problem you may not be able recover from (frequencies and such damaging equipment).


: I'm going to be using a 25" s-video tv with a scan converter. I'm thinking of using a voodoo3 3000 as my vid card. Would this combonation along with vsync mame be an ideal one? What do you think the best way to go is? Input needed. Thanks guys.
