Voodoo cards are probobly not a good choice for tv out. According to 3dfx, they don't properly support DOS video modes for TV out. Their email to me was regarding the V3-3000, but I would bet the same applies to the 3500.
: ATI has S-Video support, however the S-Video isn't 100% as good as it could be, however it does work in DOS and does support all VESA modes (not ModeX/Tweaked Modes though).
: I heard the Voodoo3500 has great picture quality on there S-Video, but I don't own one to test.
