They will help if you are going to have your cab on an uneven surface - they each adjust individually to perfectly level the game. I have levelers on my cab, but they are not absolutely necessary if your surface is relatively level. However - DO use caster if you are not going to use the levelers - it will save damage to the bottom (especially the corners) of the cab.
