I mapped 5 buttons from the regular keyboard matrix to use with a few games. You can use the TB/Spinner buttons or just use your regularly programmed buttons through the KB interface.

In MAME both work simultaneously. My Trackball is set up to switch the x-axis and y-axis to the 2 spinners using a Y-mouse device. So when the spinner(s) is/are used, the buttns which are connected directly to the trackball don't work. (If I press one of them, the device switches control back to the TB).

I just use the regular butons in the game.
