UPS doesn't ruin it during delivery. Happs ships it in a flattened box, which UPS probably lays flat and then stacks heavy stuff on top.
Happs has now sent me two, the first had multiple 4" or longer cracks all the way to the interior and was completely unusable.
To their credit, they immediately sent another for free when I complained. The second is much better, with no cracks along the exterior... but still there's an annoying 1.5" crack along the interior, which will be right next to the tube.
Glue and black touch up paint will have to do, I suppose, as I'm not going to bother trying to get a third.
