Fortunately I have plenty of arcade parts (advantages of raiding warehouses for the past 7 years ;-)

Got the units in the mail today, so here is more info.

It is a 16 bit ISA card so can use high IRQs. Has jumpers to configure IRQ and I/O for each port.

Box includes an order form for the expansion kit to increase it from 2 serial ports to 4 serial ports. Cost is $30 for the expansion kit.

I plan on using the two serial ports on my motherboard for COM1 and COM2, and configuring the 2 extra ports on the card for COM3 and COM4 with high IRQs.

Nextstep is learning enough about mouse drivers to extend the work already done to support two more mice on COM3 and COM4, then checking out the MAME code to recognize the new mice (may be a while...I'm an old-school Unix/OO weenie, so this is a bit outside my comfort zone ;-)
