TnT2 Ultra and standard resolution arcade monitors

Is anyone currently using one of these in their projects? I was using a Ati card with no problems, but upgraded to an Asus V3800 which doesnt want to work.
Maybe a sync problem, the screen keeps jumping vertically at a very fast rate.
