Currently I am running windows on a WG 7000 series 25 inch monitor. Finalburn, Killer instinct, and ArcadeOS (DOS! Full Screen) with VsyncMame (also DOS) run perfect from a batch file in Windows. In Windows the flicker is annoying, but the text is sharp and very readable. I did have to create several batch files to start programs properly to keep the montitor from going beyond sync.

System:
WG 7000 series monitor
Trident Blade 3d Video card with the 15Khz Arcade driver.
ArcadeOS, VsyncMame, etc. All work fine.

: I am planning on converting my jamma cabinet to a mame machine. I have the original 25" arcade monitor and do not plan to swap it out for anything else. I would also like to play some of my pc games (rogue spear, UT, combat flight sim ect...) on the cab as well. In searching through all of these great sites, I have yet to come upon anyone who is running windows on an arcade monitor. I don't necessarily need windows, just for the pc games (don't think that there is any way around that). Has any one had any luck with Windows on an arcade monitor? Why/why not? If so how?
