: Don't know what ever happened to Dave but I know that's when the Dave's was my home page and every week a new MAME version came out and supported 15+ new games. Dave and Atmospherical heights always had the latest ROMs as well as a few other sites but Dave really updated constantly. I know his site still exists but if he's involved I do not know. It is now the Vintage Gaming Network. http://www.vintagegaming.com/

That's the one!

Thanks very much. Dave's was my homepage for many months - my girlfriend used to laugh at me checking it every few hours :-)
I notice The Dump is still up, but there is not much action there.
And the heady days of Romlist, eagerly awaiting their next release. I was shocked and outraged when Cabbie lost his job for rom dumping :-(

Emux and Arcadeathome seem to have become little better than warez sites. At least they are stil there...
