Sound card problems after changing motherboards..

I just switched motherboards to accomodate my new PIII 933.. the problem is the sound card (an ISA Sound Blaster), keeps hissing.. I can still hear the regular music and stuff, but there's this constant hissing and 'thwapping' over it. I've tried reconfiguring it onto a different IRQ, different DMA settings, no luck. During the test, the 8 bit and 16 bit sound tests sound fine, but the synthesized sound test gets the hissing/thwapping like everything else.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Might my new mobo not work with this card for any reason, did I forget to hook something back in, or am I missing something else?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Chad
